Dr. Hull graduated cum laude from Ithaca College with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. He went on to earn his Doctorate from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated first in his class.

Dr. Hull received his surgical training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and limb salvage at Inova Fairfax Hospital, in Falls Church, Virginia along with their affiliate Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

He and his wife, Leanne, grew up in Edmeston, New York
